1. Processing Time
Welcome to Trida Fashion. Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days.
2. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time ranges from 7–10 business days, depending on the destination.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges vary by state, weight, and order value. Final cost will be shown at checkout.
4. Tracking
A tracking number will be shared via email/SMS once the order is shipped.
5. Refunds & Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for orders unless the product is damaged. Please contact us with unboxing video proof within 48 hours of delivery.(The defect must be visible in the unboxing video.)
